The RP5 Series combines dry-mate electrical connectivity, redundant sealing, injection-molded PEEK insulation, multiple mounting configurations and PBOF capability within a flexible high-pressure underwater connector platform.
Standard RP5 and RP5 Kahuna™
Standard RP5 configurations are available across the common subsea shell styles. RP5 Kahuna extends the platform with an architecture designed to electrically isolate metallic components from the mounting structure.
Kahuna configurations are available for selected connector styles including CCP, FCR and BCR.

The CCP is molded to a suitably designed subsea cable and attaches to a receptacle via a locking sleeve. This connector is usually configured with sockets and may be configured with pins when the application permits.
